HRL launches new web navigation that puts customers first
A new-look website gives engineers, general managers, asset managers, and others seeking to work with a technical engineering expert like HRL Technology Group a clear picture of how HRL solves their problems. As General Manager, Steven Kulibaba, attests, "Over the years, there's not much we haven't seen. If it's exploded, fallen down, fallen apart, or just worn out, we've fixed it! We also proactively protect and optimise assets for maximum business performance. This site is about standing in the shoes of our customers and providing insight and helpful information so they can make an informed decision about solving their specific challenge."
Relaunching www.hrlt.com.au today, the new and improved site features a comprehensive navigation so you can conduct easy searches by industry, service, expert, and even your role!
Ken Jefferd, Managing Director, says, "This site is all about profiling the extensive expertise of our highly-experienced team. We wanted to showcase our people but also give the user a more customer-centric experience. It's all about showing them how we solve the problems they face every day."
Renowned for their expertise in technical engineering, the website is designed to provide customers with navigation options depending on their need. There is an abundance of resources, ranging from case studies, expert profiles, brochures, and blog posts.
"We've built an innovative online resource from the ground up that gets people thinking differently about how they can solve their own issues and, in the process, transform their business performance. From outsourcing their lab to innovative waste solutions, this site shows the breadth of our expertise using logical navigation, in line with our new tagline: Expertise in Action," concludes General Manager, Steven.
