Since joining HRL in 2019, Shelly has been involved in a wide range of projects including power plant inspection, pressure equipment inspection of utility infrastructure in various industries, performance tests of steam turbine and rotary gas air heater (GAH), combustion tuning and Risk-Based Inspection Program (RBI) of combined cycle power plants.
